4. Inquiries, bookings, and transactions

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability, acceptance, or a confirmed booking/transaction. Availability calendars (where shown) may be updated periodically and can be out of date.

Any payments, contracts, deposits, cancellations, or disputes are handled under the terms agreed between you and the Agent/owner, unless we clearly state otherwise.
