We built this beautiful house for our family with a lot of love and care. The view from the house is outstanding and relaxing. Wake up early morning and you going to see the birth of a new day in the Aegean sea. The fresh sea wind and the sounds of the fishing boats create the most relaxing experience even with your eyes close.

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Luxury 3BR Sunrise Villa, Seaside Gyrismata provides accommodation in Skiros with free WiFi and sea views. Featuring free private parking, the villa is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, fishing and squash.

Our homes are in residential communities populated by families. We pride ourselves on being good neighbors and ask that you treat the home and our neighbors as you would your own. We have strict policies regarding noise, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness. By following these guidelines, you help keep the home in great condition for future guests and uphold our promise to our neighbors.

We strictly enforce the following rules:

  • No parties
  • No pets (We love animals, but we choose to keep this home pet-free.)
  • No noise that can be heard from outside
  • No use of balcony or outdoor space after 12 a.m.
  • No firearms
  • No drug use, including marijuana
  • No alcohol consumption by guests under 18
  • No fireworks / hazardous materials
  • Please don’t use house towels at the beach
  • If you use sun oil, please shower before sitting on living room furniture or using the beds
  • Please do not dispose of cigarette butts outside (street, sidewalk, or grass)

Guests who cannot accept the rules may have their reservation canceled and may be removed from the house.

Please respect your neighbours and rest hours.
