    -The 1st floor has a small living room with a sofa that turns into double bed, WC a fully equipped kitchen.

    1st Bedroom has one bedroom with a 2 single bed and a closet
    2nd Bedroom Second  bedroom with a sofa that turns into single bed  , one bed for kid and a small closet.


Only 70 meters far from the sea and 30 meters away from the local supermarket, this 2-level private villa is located in the beautiful village of Skala Fourka, in the heart of a green & sunny scenery. An ideal place for couples and families, this house can accommodate 4 guests and consists of two bedrooms  a living room , A/C, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a  bathroom, internal staircase and a patio/porch with a private garden.

Terms & Rules

Our homes are in residential communities populated by families. We pride ourselves on being good neighbors and ask that you treat the home and our neighbors as you would your own. We have strict policies regarding noise, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness. By following these guidelines, you help keep the home in great condition for future guests and uphold our promise to our neighbors.

We strictly enforce the following rules:

  • No parties
  • No pets (We love animals, but we choose to keep this home pet-free.)
  • No noise that can be heard from outside
  • No use of balcony or outdoor space after 12 a.m.
  • No firearms
  • No drug use, including marijuana
  • No alcohol consumption by guests under 18
  • No fireworks / hazardous materials
  • Please don’t use house towels at the beach
  • If you use sun oil, please shower before sitting on living room furniture or using the beds
  • Please do not dispose of cigarette butts outside (street, sidewalk, or grass)

Guests who cannot accept the rules may have their reservation canceled and may be removed from the house.

Please respect your neighbours and rest hours.

Rest hours: 23:00 – 07:30 & 15:00 – 17:30
